While making dinner Millie was playing at the fridge with her Cinderella magnets. She plays A L L the parts from Cinderella and the prince to the the ugly step sisters to the grand duke.
Millie Princess: The gleam in your eyes is so familiar.
Millie Prince: I know, I know! I can’t see well.
Sometimes I wish that we had a digital recorder going all the time to catch this stuff. Of course I would have to edit out a fair amount – like me yelling and swearing – but oh! the treasures we could capture.

This post has no comments? That just can’t be. And I’ll tell you why. No, actually, I don’t think I can. This post is too awesome for words. I’ve been thinking about it ever since I read it a few days ago and will tell anyone who is willing to listen about this glorious, hilarious exchange.
Also, Lize, I just wanted to thank you once again for having such a wonderful, wonderful blog. Earlier tonight I went to see a Theater Mitu production of Death of a Salesman for a class. If you thought Death of a Salesman was bad to begin with, try adding a bunch of post modern weirdness including, but not limited to phantom of the opera-esque masks, talking punching bags, and not one, not two, not three, but four times where Willy Leoman does a slow motion back flip on a chair only to land groveling on the floor. So, a little weirdness is one thing, but this play left me feeling infuriated. I couldn’t fall asleep, I was so ticked, so I came out into the living room to read my scriptures. Then I decided to read your blog. And the deluge of warmth and love and truth and a feeling of being connected to the human race totally flushed out the poison. So, thank you, Lize, for this wonderful, beautiful place you’ve created – a place of goodness and truth, of light and love, a place of refuge.
